Book Sales

The Friends of the Library has book sales in June and November. We need help with sorting, and setting up books before the sales, and can always use an extra hand at the sales.

Library Events

The Library has various events throughout the year, including an ice cream social and a party for the end of the children's summer reading program. They are always grateful to have Friends lend a hand.

Shelf-reading

Shelf-reading is simply going through the bookshelves, and making sure books are in the proper order. It's not hard, and it's an enormous help to the librarians and patrons. Adopt a section and work on it at your leisure. Call Ed Burns at (248) 542-3296.
